1 General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the ctk33 platform and its users. ctk33 operates an online betting and casino entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh.

These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between ctk33 and you.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify registered users as far in advance as possible.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the ctk33 platform. Opening an account and placing bets on this platform is permitted only for those aged 21 or above. We take a firm stance against underage gambling and reserve the right to take any steps necessary to verify age.

2.2 Registration Terms

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify our support team as soon as possible.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one ctk33 account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled. Operating multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or banking details is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login details (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

ctk33 reserves the right to verify your identity and information at any time. Failure to submit the required documents for verification on time may delay the withdrawal process or result in the account being temporarily suspended.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at ctk33 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Depositing through a third party or from someone else's account is strictly prohibited — deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawing to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. If any suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to review and, if necessary, delay the withdrawal.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on ctk33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits in foreign currency are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The ctk33 welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement to claim this bonus is 15 times (the deposit plus bonus must be wagered 15 times). A user may claim this bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers have a specific validity period, which will be stated in the bonus details.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the bonus wagering requirement has been completed.
• Bonus account balance and real money balance are recorded separately.
• ctk33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if any fraudulent activity related to the bonus is detected.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per user.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum bet limits may apply while using a bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

ctk33 has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

• Bronze tier: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver tier: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold tier: up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Platinum tier: up to 1.0% cashback per week

Promotion to a higher tier depends on your regular activity and participation on the platform. VIP benefits are subject to change at ctk33's discretion.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet will be considered valid only when it has been successfully recorded in the system and a confirmation number has been issued. Incomplete bets due to system or network issues will be considered void and the relevant amount will be refunded.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets allow betting on various international and domestic cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. If a match is abandoned or an event is not completed within the scheduled time, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Live Betting

Live betting offers the opportunity to place bets on real-time events while they are in progress. Live odds may change due to connection loss or delays. ctk33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds.

6.4 Maximum Winnings Limit

A maximum winnings limit per betting session may apply on certain games or markets. These limits will be stated in the details of the relevant game or market.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ctk33 platform:

• Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantages (bonus abuse)
• Coordinated betting from accounts belonging to two or more members of the same household
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information
• Operating an account using automated software, bots, or any other technology
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain unfair advantages
• Depositing into an account using funds belonging to a third party

If any of the above activities are discovered, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

• Financial loss resulting from the user's own negligence or security breach
• Consequences of the user failing to comply with local laws or regulations
• Missed betting opportunities due to temporary service interruptions

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by User

10.2 Closure or Suspension by ctk33

ctk33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity
• Failure to complete account verification or provision of false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Order from a court or regulatory authority

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our 24/7 live chat support first. Our support team will endeavour to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

If the matter is not resolved via live chat, send an email to [email protected]. Please include full details of your dispute, the relevant transaction ID, and any supporting evidence. We will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible within business days.

In the case of a dispute over a bet result, the system log will be considered final. If evidence of a technical error is found, ctk33 will take appropriate corrective action.

12 Changes to Terms

ctk33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will provide notice to the registered email address or on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.
